Faux wrap shirts can be tricky to wear. You are not able to adjust the wrap to your body type (a reason why I love the wrap dress), so little tricks like wearing a cami and strategically placed safety pins are a must. I scored this top because I think the owner didn’t know how wear the top appropriately, but it’s my gain!! It can be boring to wear black from head to toe, however the polka dots add visual interest and my shoes balance out the outfit with a pop of color without over doing it. This White House Black Market top still had the original tags on it (Phase II $3- yes $3), the chopped pants are right on trend (LOFT $9.99), and I have had these hot magenta shoes forever!
