I don’t want to document my outfit I wore to work today because it was just ok. Have you ever had one of those days were you just threw on some clothes and went to work, not really caring about the “style”? Well, I have a date tonight with my sweet 6 year old daughter. We are going to go out to eat, getting our nails done, chat about school, and maybe do some shopping. This is the outfit I plan on wearing out with her.  Slim cords in an interesting color are a hot trend (Old Navy $4.99- I got these in the spring on clearance. I got a pink pair too!). Target shirt and one of my favorite LOFT blazers are super cute and non-momish. I scored these 6 inch platform wedges on a recent trip to NYC (Sam Edelman via Century 21 $69.00- a bit pricey but they are leather and you can get the same shoe at Nordstrom for $250). If you are ever in NYC you have to go to Century 21, it’s like TJ Maxx on steroids…seriously! Happy Styling!!
