I got so many compliments on this Ann Taylor sheath ($9 via Phase II).I love the simple details of the tulip pleated skirt. I love-love-love a clinched waist so I paired an Express wide leather belt to show my lady-like silhouette. I kept the accessories simple with pearl details.
